Continuing the Journey With Outstanding Project Management

We know that onboarding is only one small piece of overall service. At the end of 2020, we conducted a client survey to benchmark our project management service satisfaction levels — and received equally positive results.

Fides project managers received praise for proactive communications, quick response to customer questions and concerns, and overall exceeding customer expectations.

  • 100% of survey respondents said that communications exceeded or greatly exceeded their expectations
  • 100% said they were proactively informed about any potential challenges
  • 100% reported that they would recommend Fides to their peers

While our survey results have been overwhelmingly positive, we strive to continuously improve service levels, innovate product offerings, and listen to our customers’ ideas and suggestions. As an initial step, we recently restructured our sales, marketing, support, services, and business development teams to even better align with customer needs.
