Andreas Lutz has been CEO of Fides since 2017. He has more than twenty years of experience in senior positions in the finance and treasury industry and is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the company. Lutz holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Bern and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, New York.
Roman Müller
CHIEF CLIENT OFFICER
Roman Müller is the Chief Client Officer at Fides. He has more than twenty years of experience in senior positions in project management and as an IT specialist within the financial industry. As Fides’ CCO, Müller is responsible for leading the company’s client services, professional services and product management teams. Müller holds a Bachelor of Science FH degree in Business Information Technology.
Bernhard Kaiser
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Bernhard Kaiser is the Chief Information Officer at Fides. Kaiser has many years of experience in senior IT roles within fintechs and the airline industry. As CIO at Fides, he is responsible for the planning and strategic management of the information technology used within the company. Kaiser holds a post-graduate degree in economics from the University of Freiburg.
Philip Anklin

Philip Anklin is the Chief Growth Officer at Fides. Anklin has more than twenty years of front-line experience in the banking and the financial services industry. As Fides' CGO, Anklin is responsible for leading the company’s global business development, client relations and client success teams. Anklin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
Jan Hugelshofer
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jan Hugelshofer is the Chief Operating Officer at Fides. Hugelshofer has more than 15 years of experience in risk management and IT security, mostly in the financial sector. As Fides’ COO, Hugelshofer is responsible for leading the company’s business operations, finance & controlling and risk management teams. Hugelshofer holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
