How Fides is Addressing COVID-19 Health and Safety Concerns
Zurich, Switzerland – March 17, 2020 – A Message from Fides CEO Andreas Lutz:
As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). In light of this announcement, organizations around the world are changing the way they do business. We want to share the steps Fides is taking to protect the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our customers.
Our customers remain central to our mission, and we want to reassure you that we strictly follow health and security guidelines provided by the WHO and Federal Swiss Council, while continuing to deliver the high levels of service you expect.
For the past several weeks, we have been operating under a “split-office” model, where half our employees were working remotely. We had already halted and now cancelled all non-critical business travel as long as it is advised.
Effective March 17, 2020, all Fides employees are working from home until further notice. We have had no cases of COVID-19 and no known exposure, this is purely a preventative measure to help slow the spread of the virus. We will continue to operate at our superior business levels and foresee no impact to any business service.
We will frequently provide updates, via email and on our website as the global situation changes. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your relationship manager or our client services team
Our thoughts are with all of you in this turbulent time. While it’s easy to feel powerless in times of uncertainty, we want you to know that we are here for you and will continue to be here for you.
Stay safe and healthy.
