Mandate Letters

To receive your bank accounts reports and/or to send your payment instructions via Fides, you need to mandate your banks. Fides provides you with the necessary specimen letters.

For account reporting from already connected Swiss banks, please send us the complete account request form (see account changes). Fides will forward the form to the bank.

For EFT you need to enclose the EFT account form (see account changes) to the bank mandate.

Draw Down Mandate Letter
