At Fides we believe that you need to understand a format world beyond SWIFT to be able to deliver true global multibanking solutions. That’s why we convert your instructions – delivered in your preferred format – not only into SWIFT formats but also in various bank proprietary formats. We deliver the format meeting your bank’s technical requirements and rules and your company’s business needs.
New input and / or output formats are added on customer request. Our software engineers team works on new message formats and converters on a daily basis. In fact, we currently deliver at least one new converter per week to our customers.
Validation services
The data quality of reports and instructions varies a lot between different banks, companies and cultures. Fides makes sure that this does not bother you. That is why we validate all the received data before loading them onto our databases or processing them. We always check the data integrity, perform plausibility checks and repair obvious errors immediately. It is our objective to deliver only data which you or your bank can trustworthy work with.
Enrichment and repair services
Even when financial communities have agreed on a common format, the business rules for individual format fields often vary from one bank to another. Again, this should be of no concern to you. Therefore we offer various data enrichment and repair services and have Service Level Agreements with over 650 banks around the world. In addition we enable conversions from "rich" to "poor" formats and vice versa.
