Validation Services
The quality of reports, instructions and delivery behavior vary a lot between the various banks, companies and cultures. Fides believes this shouldn’t bother you nor your customer. That’s why we run validation and repair operations on the received data before loading it into the customer’s database or sending it to the respective foreign bank. We check the data integrity and do plausibility checks. It is our objective to deliver only data your customer or the foreign bank can trustworthy work with.
Enrichment Services
The devil is in the detail. Even when financial communities have agreed on a common format or business rules there will be always bank or country-wide specialties. We believe this shouldn’t bother you either. That’s why we offer various data enrichment and repair services. We have Service Level Agreements with over 200 banks around the world, which also cover definitions of the requested formats. We also enable conversions from so-called “rich” to “poor” formats and vice versa.
