Our Fides support/hotline, a team of experienced employees, is fully available Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 8:30pm (CET). At night, from 8:30pm to 7:00am, in matter of urgency (technical processing issues, overlimit payments and urgent investigations on missing bank data) customers can reach the Emergency Hotline.
To facilitate things for the support team, we kindly ask you to have your contract number (e.g. 1234A99) as well as the name of the respective service ready.
