Specimen Mandate Letter
To receive your bank account reporting and/or to send your payment instructions via Fides, you need to mandate your banks. Fides provides you with the necessary specimen letters.
For account reporting from already connected Swiss banks you just need to send Fides the account request form (see account changes). Fides will forward the form to the bank.
For Electronic Funds Transfer you need to enclose the EFT account form (see account changes) to the bank mandate.
Draw Down Mandate Letter
Fides provides you with a specimen letter to inform your customers of the draw down service and how they can authorise their bank to effect payments based on instructions generated by your company.
