Dennis Flad joined Fides from Credit Suisse AG in 2009. Within Credit Suisse he was responsible for the group-wide Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) Program and headed the Product Management Payments. He represented Switzerland and Credit Suisse in the EPC SEPA Payment Schemes Working Group (SPS WG) and the Payments Committee Switzerland (PaCoS). Before he worked in various product and marketing management positions in the card payments, telecommunications and advertising industry. He holds a Master in Business Administration of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Marco Cantiello joined Fides in 1990. Started as a developer and supporter of the Electronic Funds Transfer Service. In the years 2000/02 designed and developed the first ARS Web Service. In the year 2005, became head of the developer group for the Cashscreen applications (ARS/EFT) and since the beginning of 2007 he heads the software development and customer support.

Hans Christen joined Fides in 1979. Within the former Fides Treuhand and Fides Information Services he was responsible for the maintenance of minicomputer and telecommunications devices. Since 2007 he heads the infrastructure department. He came from Telemont AG, where he worked as a service technician in the entertainment electronics.

Fritz Rupp joined Fides from Credit Suisse Fides Trust in Geneva in 1999, where he was responsible of its Private Banking department. Before he obtained a license as U.S. Stock Broker and worked as account manager for equities after having acquired a federal certificate in general banking.

Nathalie Läderach joined Fides in 2000 and has been customer relations manager since 2007. Before she worked as assistant to the CEO. Prior to Fides she worked at an institute for Kinesiology. She holds a diploma in Kinesiology and did a federal certified commercial education in a fiduciary office.

Christie Eberhard Joined Fides in 2009. She brings 7 years of international experience from her work in various customer facing roles of which 5 years in two major global IT corporations. For the past two years, Christie worked as a consultant and Business Development Manager in the Human Resources and consulting industry. Christie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago in New Zealand.
