In the international account reporting aggregation and payment instruction forwarding business, Fides acts as a representative of the account holder to the foreign bank.
This means that your customer, if he wants to use Fides services, has to sign a contract with Fides and release Fides as the account reporting receiver and/or payment instructions sender. The services refer to SLA, which Fides has signed with the international banking partners.
Based on these legal restriction, the multibanking services must be sold as co-branded offering. Concerning the software kits, co-branded versions of the interfaces are possible.
