In connection with the company’s growth strategy, Fides is looking for a
Team Leader Customer Support
for the technical and operational 1st and 2nd level support.
Our offer- Responsibility of the support of international Corporate Treasurers and finance managers (1st and 2nd level support) in the daily production of Fides‘ connectivity, conversion and outsourcing services
- Interesting 1st and 2nd level support shifts with direct customer contact in different languages and cultural environments
- Responsibility of the future development of the customer support, a core services and unique selling proposition (USP) of Fides
- Conception and implementation of new services
- Responsibility for the training and know-how transfer within the support team and the entire company
- Active role in the future development of the company to an international “boutique” in Global Treasury Outsourcing Services

- Yearlong experience as team leader or deputy team leader the support of payment and/or ITC services (via phone, email, web conference and face-to-face)
- In-depth knowhow of payment and transaction services and formats (SWIFT, BAI, ISO 20022, EBICS, DTA and others) and practical experience with network technology
- Project management skills
- Analytical personality, structured working and capability to scope problems end-to-end
- Open-minded and positive personality, which feels confident in a very dynamic environment
- Brings in own ideas and motivation to develop the company together with the management team
- Excellent listener, motivator and integrator
- Banking support and/or transaction services support background
- Fluent in English and German. French, Spanish or other languages are a clear advantage.
