Advisory Model

Fides believes that every good conversation starts with listening. That’s why our advisory approach starts first with an analysis of your business needs and IT requirements and restrictions. We want to understand what your goals and plans are.

Based on that we will develop together with you a concept which builds the basis for a cost proposal based on which you can make your decision.

A critical phase is the implementation and integration phase. Various parties (Business, IT, banks, software partners et al.), which were not even involved properly at the beginning, start working together. For this phase we will designate a so-called Take-On Manager. She or he will be your single point of contact during the implementation phase and will support you in the process.

After the take-on process our Customer Support team will be at your service for any technical and administrative questions.

In addition you will have a designated personal Relationship Manager. She or he will be there for any commercial question or additional service information.
