Account Reporting
The Fides Account Reporting Service (ARS) collects account information from your banks worldwide, such as
- Balance data
- Transaction data
- Booking information
- Supplementary details
in various electronic formats.
Today, we are able to process the following types of statements:
- SWIFT MT 940 (day-end statement)
- SWIFT MT 942 (intra-day statement)
- BAI
- Bank proprietary (txt, pdf, doc)
as file or email attachment
More formats such as UNIFI camt-Messages will join the family in the future. It is our policy to work on new message types if we see clear customer requests and needs.
Fides converts and validates the received statement data. It will be stored on a Fides database, from which we can generate in an individually defined frequency a file for the automated import into your treasury software. In addition, you have the opportunity to access the statements through our software kits Fides ARS Web or Fides ARS SmartClient.
Today, the data can be made available as SWIFT, BAI, AFB or CSV/Excel files. Other formats can be added on customer request. With the Fides ARS Web and Fides ARS SmartClient software kits you can also generate printable and displayable txt, pdf or html reports.
The data can be downloaded via FTP, SFTP, AS2 or manually from the Fides ARS SmartClient.
