Data security
Security is of utmost importance in all Fides services. Data transfer from Fides to you and vice versa is therefore fully secured by a number of necessary methods: SSL, PGP, VPN tunnels etc.
All databases at Fides are protected by multi-layer firewalls with private keys. Our data centres are strictly secured and geographical- and supply-wise separated with different "Major Disaster" protocols.
Client data confidentiality
At Fides, we believe that client data confidentiality is essential if you want to have the freedom of choice concerning your banking partners. Using Fides services means therefore that none of your banking partners has full knowledge over your cash positions. This keeps them in a competitive situation and ensures your ability to choose the best offer.
Since client data confidentiality is taken very serious at Fides, all employees and contractors are subject to the Swiss bank client confidentiality rules. These rules make the unauthorized passing on of client information subject to criminal proceedings. We can ensure you that these rules apply vis-a-vis Fides' parent company as well.
