Fides believes that every good conversation with our clients starts by listening. That’s why our advisory approach starts with an analysis of your business needs, IT requirements and restrictions and your multibanking strategy. We want to understand what your individual goals and plans are.
Based on this analysis, we will develop a concept together, which builds the basis for the cost proposal. Once you know all the facts about our solution you can choose to use our services in your corporation.
The critical phase that follows next is the implementation and integration of the solution. Various parties (Business, IT, banks, software partners a.o.), which may not have been involved from the beginning, will need to start working together. To simplify this process for you, we will designate a take-on manager. She or he will be your contact during the implementation phase and will be able to support you during the whole process.
After implementation, our client support team will be at your service 24 hours during the bank working days for any technical, administrative and transactions related questions.
In addition you will have a designated personal relationship manager. She or he will attend any commercial questions and provide you with additional service information.
