The Fides Account Reporting Service (ARS) collects account information from your banks all over the world, such as:
- Balance data
- Transaction data
- Booking information
- Supplementary details
in various electronic formats.
Currently we are able to process the following types of statements:
- SWIFT MT 940 (day-end statement)
- SWIFT MT 942 (intra-day statement)
- BAI
- AFB120
- Bank proprietary format (txt, pdf, doc) as file or email attachment
It is our policy to work on new message types if requested by our clients.
Fides converts and validates the received statement data. It is then stored in our database, from which we can generate a file for the automated import into your treasury software at an individually defined frequency. In addition, you have the possibility to access these statements through our middleware software kits Fides ARS SmartClient or Fides ARS Web.
Currently the data is provided as a SWIFT, BAI, AFB or CSV/Excel file. Other formats can be added on client request. With our middleware software kits Fides ARS SmartClient and Fides ARS Web you can also generate displayable and printable pdf, txt or html reports.
These reports can be downloaded via FTP, SFTP, AS2 or manually from Fides ARS Web and Fides ARS SmartClient.
